Sterilization of surgical instrumentation is one of the most vital components in ensuring the safety and success of every Operating Room—whether in hospitals, ambulatory centers, dental offices, or surgery centers.
At Jaglah Sterile Consulting, we take a comprehensive and holistic approach to evaluating and improving sterile processing operations. Our consulting process follows the recommendations and standards of AAMI, The Joint Commission, the Department of Health, AORN, OSHA, and individual hospital policies to ensure the consistent delivery of safe, sterile, and high-quality surgical instruments needed for patient care.

With over 10 years of progressive experience in the Central Sterile Processing field, John Aglah has developed deep expertise in compliance, education, and departmental transformation.
He holds an MBA and BBA from Monroe College and multiple professional certifications, including CRCST, CIS, CHL, CER, and a-IPC, awarded by the Healthcare Sterile Processing Association (HSPA) — formerly the International Association of Healthcare Central Service Materiel Management (IAHCSMM).
John has served in key leadership roles throughout his career — Technician, Supervisor, Manager, and Director — and has helped transform sterile processing departments across several major healthcare institutions, including:
